Accessibility Statement
Effective: 17 September 2026 | Last reviewed: 21 September 2026
In short: we aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA and believe most of this site meets it, but we have not had an independent audit and we list what we know is imperfect below. If something here does not work for you, email us and we will fix it or find another way to help.
01Our commitment
SwiftWorks Solutions LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, speech input or other assistive technology.
We treat accessibility as part of building the site properly, not as a bolt-on. This statement sets out where we stand, what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
02Standard we measure against
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA is the benchmark most commonly referenced in the United States in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for federal procurement.
Conformance status: partially conformant. "Partially conformant" means most of the site meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, but we have not completed a full third-party audit and cannot claim complete conformance. We are stating this plainly rather than overclaiming.
03What we have built in
Accessibility features currently present on this site include:
- Skip link. A "Skip to main content" link is the first item reachable by keyboard on every page.
- Keyboard operability. All interactive elements — navigation, the mobile menu, form fields and buttons — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. The mobile menu can be closed with the Escape key and returns focus to the button that opened it.
- Visible focus. A high-contrast gold focus ring marks the element that currently has keyboard focus.
- Semantic structure. Pages use real landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and a logical heading order, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
- Labelled form fields. Every visible field in the enquiry form has a programmatically associated label, and required fields are marked.
- Announced status messages. The result of submitting the enquiry form is announced to screen readers through a live region, not conveyed by colour alone.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text. Purely decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology so they are not read aloud as noise.
- Reduced motion. If your system is set to reduce motion, scroll animations and transitions are switched off and content is shown immediately.
- Works without JavaScript. If scripts fail to load, page content still displays rather than remaining blank.
- Responsive layout. Pages reflow down to small phone widths without horizontal scrolling, and support browser zoom and increased text size.
- Colour contrast. Body text, headings and buttons meet or exceed the WCAG AA contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against their backgrounds.
04Known limitations
We would rather tell you what is imperfect than imply the site is flawless. As of the review date above, we are aware of the following:
- Small gold headings on light backgrounds. The short uppercase labels that introduce some sections (for example "Who We Are") are set in our brand gold on white, which measures approximately 2.3:1 and falls below the 4.5:1 AA threshold. These labels duplicate the heading immediately beneath them, so no information is lost if they are hard to read — but we are reviewing the colour.
- Spam check on the enquiry form. The form uses hCaptcha to block automated submissions. Visual or interactive challenges of this kind can be difficult for some users. If the check prevents you from contacting us, please email us directly instead — the address is below, and we treat email enquiries exactly the same way.
- No independent audit yet. Our assessment is based on our own testing rather than a formal third-party evaluation, so issues may exist that we have not found.
- Web fonts. Typefaces are loaded from an external service. If that service is unavailable, the site falls back to system fonts; layout remains usable but appearance will differ.
05Third-party content
Parts of this site rely on services we do not control, including the spam-prevention widget on the enquiry form and externally hosted web fonts. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party components, but we take it into account when choosing them, and we will replace a component that proves to be a barrier.
06How we assess this site
This statement is based on self-evaluation. Our testing includes keyboard-only navigation of every page, checking heading structure and landmark regions, verifying that form fields are labelled and that status messages are announced, measuring colour contrast against WCAG thresholds, and confirming that pages reflow without horizontal scrolling at small screen widths and under browser zoom.
We review this statement when the site changes materially, and at least annually.
07Tell us about a problem
If you encounter a barrier on this site, we want to know. Please tell us:
- The page you were on.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- The browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you know it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 24 business hours and to tell you what we intend to do about the problem, including a timescale where a fix is not immediate.

08If the website does not work for you
You do not have to use this website to reach us. If any part of it is a barrier, email info@swiftworksol.com and we will continue the conversation by whatever means suits you. We will not treat an enquiry any differently because it did not come through the form.
